#2 Preparation at The North & Team departure

Preparations commenced with breakfast at the NLRC and Nigel then carefully piled all the baggage into the van whilst Henry hummed the music to the Tetris game.

Most of the kit had successfully been dried out after the hailstorms from the previous day, and the team took off for Poole Harbour to catch the 13:30 jetboat ferry to Guernsey.

We arrived without anyone succumbing to sea-sickness and had a pleasant meal at the hotel in Guernsey.
